Marketing & Community Growth Manager

Responsibilities • Design and execute comprehensive multichannel marketing strategies that encompass social media marketing, content marketing, email marketing, and digital advertising campaigns. • Develop engaging content tailored for diverse audiences across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and emerging social channels. • Implement SEO best practices to enhance organic search visibility and increase website traffic using tools like Google Analytics and Google AdWords. • Manage advertising sales efforts by creating compelling ad campaigns, optimizing ad spend, and analyzing performance metrics to maximize ROI. • Oversee marketing automation processes to streamline communication workflows and nurture leads effectively through platforms like WordPress, HTML, and marketing software tools. • Conduct research on market trends, competitor activities, and community needs to inform strategic planning and content creation. • Collaborate with product management teams to align marketing initiatives with product launches and updates while managing budgets efficiently. Experience • Proven experience in digital marketing roles with a focus on social media marketing, performance marketing, or e-commerce environments. • Strong knowledge of SEO strategies, Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Facebook Advertising, and print advertising methods. • Hands-on experience with Adobe Creative Suite for content creation and visual storytelling. • Familiarity with B2B marketing tactics and experience managing campaigns across multiple channels including email campaigns and content marketing. • Demonstrated ability to analyze data insights to optimize campaigns and report on key performance indicators (KPIs). • Experience in sales or advertising sales is a plus, along with skills in copywriting, research, product management support, budgeting, HTML coding basics, and familiarity with WordPress platform management.
