In this role, you will support cross-functional operational and technology initiatives, with approximately 70% of your time focused on project coordination, workflow management, and Asana administration, and the remaining 30% dedicated to process documentation, reporting, and AI-driven operational improvements. Projects are typically 60% operations-focused and 40% technology-related initiatives. The ideal candidate will have experience managing multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and a proven ability to gather business requirements, coordinate stakeholders, and drive execution across teams.
