Marketing Manager; to Fractional CMO

Position: Marketing Manager (Support Role to Fractional CMO) Marketing Manager (Support Role to Fractional CMO) Company: Cole Natural Health Centers – Dr. Will Cole — We’re seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to collaborate with and support our Fractional CMO in leading all aspects of marketing strategy, execution, and performance for a growing wellness brand. Remote (U.S. -based required). 30 hours/week. Responsibilities • Translate marketing goals into actionable plans, timelines, and deliverables. • Coordinate multi‑channel campaigns (social, digital ads, email, partnerships). • Manage creative and content teams to deliver assets on time and on brand. • Oversee workflow and deadlines across the marketing department. • Ensure communication between internal team members and external contractors stays clear and efficient. • Manage day‑to‑day marketing operations and progress tracking. • Compile performance data and key metrics to measure campaign effectiveness. • Present clear summaries and recommendations to the CMO and leadership team. • Support creative concept development and visual direction. • Manage brand consistency across all digital and print touchpoints. • Oversee the organization and accessibility of creative assets. • Support paid ad strategy and performance monitoring. • Manage email campaign workflows, segmentation, and reporting. • Oversee influencer/affiliate partnerships and outreach. Qualifications • 4+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in digital or wellness industries. • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. • Skilled in marketing platforms such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and CRM/email systems. • Creative thinker with the ability to translate ideas into results. • Comfortable in both strategic planning and tactical execution.
