About the Role The Finance Analyst will report to the Finance Manager and support budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and financial analysis across regional business operations. This role will help interpret financial data, monitor performance, and identify trends to support decision-making. Key Responsibilities • Support budgeting, forecasting, and monthly financial reporting activities including Opex and Capex • Actively involved in Forecasting and Budgeting process • Analyze financial results, business trends, and key performance indicators • Prepare recurring and ad hoc reports to support management and cross-functional teams • Assist with monthly close, year-end activities, and audit preparation • Identify opportunities to improve reporting accuracy, efficiency, and financial processes Qualification • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field • 2+ years of experience in financial analysis, reporting, or a similar role • Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities • Ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain accuracy, and handle sensitive information professionally • Experience with financial systems or ERP platforms is a plus This is a strong opportunity for a finance professional seeking broad exposure in a collaborative and fast-moving business environment Local candidates only please, location is Fairfield, New Jersey.
