Key responsibilities of the Project Manager | Commercial Renovations • Responsible for the complete execution of assigned construction projects, ensuring they meet schedule, budget, safety, and quality objectives. • Coordinate with superintendents, subcontractors, clients, and internal leadership to deliver successful outcomes from concept through completion. • Oversee subcontractor quality, work sequencing, and coordination across all trades. • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Key requirements of the Project Manager | Commercial Renovations • Experience managing commercial renovation projects for a general contractor in the local market. • Strong knowledge of contract administration, scheduling, procurement, and cost control. • Extensive track record in the DMV construction industry. • Flexibility for occasional travel depending on project location.
