Plant Operations Manager

Our client is seeking a hands-on Plant Operations Manager. to lead day-to-day HVAC manufacturing execution. The position reports directly to the site leader and plays a critical role in driving safety, quality, delivery, cost, and people development performance. Your Role: • Full responsibility for multiple shift manufacturing operations • Lead a large production team (fabrication and assembly) • Lean Transformation Ideal Candidate: • Delivers performance improvement with breakthrough mentality • Worldclass business system foundation • Mobile, high potential, ready for site leadership Desired Experience: • 5-10 years progressive industrial manufacturing roles • Lean implementation (daily management, standard work, problem-solving) • Willingness to relocate and grow within the organization Compensation • Base: $150,000–$160,000 • 15% annual bonus • Full benefits + relocation support
