Business Development Representatives (BDR) Initiocapital.com Initio Capital is rapidly scaling its revenue organization and hiring 10+ Business Development Representatives to support multiple high-growth business lines across capital advisory, private funding, and AI-powered growth systems. This is a career-defining opportunity for driven sales professionals who want real earning upside, modern tooling, and a clear path into closing and leadership roles. 💼 The OpportunityAs a BDR at Initio Capital, you’ll sit at the front of the revenue engine. You’ll engage founders and decision-makers, qualify opportunities, and book high-quality meetings for senior closers across multiple offerings—not a single product.
