Luxury Skincare Sales Associate

Through matching top talent within the beauty industry. Our client, a luxury skin care brand, is seeking a top notch Skin Care Sales Associate to assist with weekly in store visits. Please note that this position is for supplemental hours as weekly visits will consist of 4hrs per visit. The Role As a Luxury Skincare Associate, you are a trusted skincare expert and brand sales consultant. You deliver personalised consultations, educate clients on clean ingredients and formulations, and create a high-touch, luxury experience rooted in knowledge, care, and results. Key Responsibilities • Provide in-depth, personalized skincare consultations tailored to individual client needs • Educate customers on clean ingredients, formulations, and product benefits • Deliver an elevated luxury service experience that fosters long-term client relationships • Stay current on skincare trends, ingredient science, and clean beauty standards • Support store goals through exceptional service (this role is non-commissioned) • Maintain exceptional visual standards and strong product knowledge on the sales floor • Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming, inclusive environment • Who you are • 3+ years of experience in luxury skincare, beauty retail, or esthetics • Strong understanding of skincare ingredients, routines, and common skin concerns. • Proven track record in retail selling with the ability to achieve or exceed sales targets. • Passion for clean beauty, sustainability, and conscious consumerism. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to educate and guide clients in a service-first, non-commissioned environment. • Professional, polished presence aligned with a luxury brand. • Esthetics license or advanced skincare training is a plus. • What We Offer • Hourly pay of $23–$25, based on experience (no commission). • A supportive, inclusive, and mission-driven work environment. • Continuous training with leading luxury skincare brands. • Opportunities for professional growth and advancement.
