What You’ll Be Doing: Delivering value-based messaging for select Ansys Structures products (including Sherlock, Sound, nCode Design Life, etc.) to prospective customers, existing customers, and partners in collaboration with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams. Participating in go-to-market planning, including market sizing, customer segmentation, channel partner coverage, and supporting regional sales alignment for global campaigns. Maintaining a strong understanding of the competitive landscape to identify new growth opportunities and differentiate Synopsys solutions from competitors. Developing and delivering comprehensive sales enablement collateral such as customer-facing presentations, use cases, battle cards, case studies, and solution guides. Creating and executing marketing plans and lead generation campaign kits aligned with business growth objectives and key global initiatives. Managing the launch and marketing execution of new features and product releases as part of the bi-annual release cycle. Owning the development of all marketing collateral, including web content, product videos, technical assets, data sheets, blogs, and other solution-oriented content in partnership with Corporate Marketing. Coordinating with field and digital marketing teams to ensure effective promotion and targeted lead generation programs that meet sales needs. Tracking and reporting on business unit-related leads, analyzing campaign effectiveness, and measuring ROI at all stages of the customer journey. Managing complex, multi-product marketing campaigns with a global reach. What You’ll Need: Bachelor's degree in marketing, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; advanced degrees (MS, MBA) or Product Marketing Alliance Certification are a plus. Proven experience in product marketing for engineering or software products, ideally within CAE or CAD domains. Demonstrated ability to translate technical product functionality into clear, customer-centric messaging and value propositions. Broad expertise across marketing competencies including digital, social, web, and account-based marketing. Strong organizational, leadership, and project management skills with a track record of executing complex, global campaigns. Expertise in market research, competitive analysis, and go-to-market strategy development. Excellent English proficiency and outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
