Warehouse Coordinator

Job Overview We are looking for a detailed-oriented Warehouse Coordinator to manage our daily warehouse operations, inventory, and shipping. In this role, you will help improve our supply chain efficiency, work with our operations team, and ensure smooth distribution. Duties • Daily Operations: Oversee shipping, receiving, and inventory control. Help the team with loading and dispatching orders. • Systems & Data: Use warehouse inventory tracking system, and use data toolsGoogle Sheets to analyze performance. • Problem Solving: Find the root cause of inventory errors or delays and fix them. Help operations team to make warehouse processes faster and safer. Qualifications • Experience in warehouse management or fast-paced logistics. • Strong data skills (Google Sheets). • Knowledge of inventory control and demand forecasting. Nice-to-Haves • Experience with e-commerce logistics, 3PL (third-party logistics), or freight forwarding. Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour Benefits: • Flexible schedule Work Location: In person
