Pattern Maker

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Senior Patternmaker to join a leading apparel brand’s Pre-Production team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in both manual and digital patternmaking, a strong understanding of garment construction and fit, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Responsibilities :• Translate design sketches, specifications, and samples into accurate, production-ready pattern s• Develop and draft digital patterns using Gerber softwar e• Conduct and participate in fit sessions, making necessary adjustments to ensure optimal fit and constructio n• Create and maintain detailed tech packs, including sewing and construction instruction s• Collaborate cross-functionally with design, development, and production teams to ensure precision and qualit y• Manage deadlines and workflow in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high accurac y Qualification s:• 10+ years of patternmaking experience (manual and CA D)• Proficiency in Gerber CAD software requir ed• Knowledge of Centric PLM and Microsoft Office Suite preferr ed• Bachelor’s degree or Fashion School degree in Patternmaking or Fashion Merchandising preferr ed• Highly organized, motivated, and detail-orient ed• Excellent communication, collaboration, and time management skil ls
