Responsibilities • Develop, train, and fine-tune machine learning models using frameworks such as TensorFlow, Spark MLlib, and other AI tools to solve real-world challenges. • Design and implement robust ETL processes to extract, transform, and load large datasets from various sources into analytical environments. • Collaborate with data engineers to build scalable data pipelines utilizing Hadoop, Spark, Talend, and other big data technologies for efficient data processing. • Conduct exploratory data analysis and data mining to uncover patterns, trends, and insights that inform model development. • Deploy machine learning models into production environments ensuring seamless integration with existing systems using cloud services like AWS. • Apply advanced techniques such as unsupervised learning and natural language processing to enhance model performance and expand capabilities. • Maintain comprehensive documentation of models, algorithms, and processes while continuously monitoring their performance for improvements. Requirements • Proven experience with machine learning frameworks including TensorFlow, R, SAS, and Python for model development and deployment. • Strong programming skills in Python, Java, C, Bash (Unix shell), VBA or similar languages used in analytics and automation tasks. • Hands-on experience working with big data tools such as Hadoop, Spark, SQL databases, and Looker for analytics and reporting. • Demonstrated knowledge of database design principles along with proficiency in SQL for data querying and management. • Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS for model training, deployment, and scalable infrastructure management. • Expertise in natural language processing (NLP), AI techniques, data mining methods, and machine learning algorithms including unsupervised learning approaches. • Ability to work with complex datasets involving linked data or semantic web concepts; experience with quantum engineering is a plus. • Strong analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills; experience with tools like SAS or Talend for ETL workflows is advantageous.
