My client is a growing, patient-focused medical aesthetic Spa / Clinic dedicated to delivering high-quality non-invasive cosmetic treatments in a welcoming, results-driven environment. Our team is passionate about helping clients look and feel their best through customized treatment plans and advanced aesthetic services. WE ARE LOOKING FOR A MEDICAL ESTHETICIAN THAT IS ABLE TO WORK ROTATING SATURDAYS AND SOME SUNDAYS IN THE FUTURE! MUST BE ABLE TO TRAVEL BETWEEN OUR BALTIMORE/CANTON AND OUR TOWSON CLINIC! Position Overview We are seeking a skilled and motivated Licensed Esthetician with experience in advanced skincare treatments, including chemical peels, DiamondGlow, customized facials, laser hair removal and laser facials. The ideal candidate is client-focused, detail-oriented, and eager to expand their skill set, with interest in learning laser hair removal (training available). Key Responsibilities • Perform professional skincare treatments including chemical peels, DiamondGlow, and customized facials • Conduct client consultations and skin analyses • Develop and recommend personalized treatment plans • Educate clients on skincare routines and post-treatment care • Recommend and sell skincare products and services • Maintain accurate client records and documentation • Ensure treatment rooms are clean, sanitized, and stocked • Stay up to date on industry trends and advancements • Perform or assist with laser hair removal treatments (or complete provided training) Qualifications • Active Esthetician License in the state of Georgia • 1+ years of experience in a medical spa, dermatology, or aesthetics setting preferred • Experience with chemical peels, DiamondGlow, laser facials and Laser Hair Removal required • Laser hair removal experience is a plus (willingness to train required if no experience) • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Sales-oriented mindset with ability to recommend treatments and products • Professional, reliable, and team-oriented • Competitive hourly pay • Performance-based bonus opportunities • Ongoing training and professional development (including laser training if needed) • Employee discounts on services and products • Supportive and collaborative team environment Schedule • Some evenings, holidays and weekends may be required
