About the Role
This role offers exposure across the full operational lifecycle—from initial setup and onboarding through reconciliation, banking coordination, compliance support, and ongoing stakeholder communication.
Key Responsibilities
• Support the onboarding of new funds and related entities, including document collection, review, tracking, and follow-up
• Manage multiple onboarding workflows and adjust to shifting priorities as needed
• Handle coordinating bank account setup and interactions with external financial institutions
• Support compliance-related activities, including due diligence tracking and maintaining audit-ready documentation
• Operate within established controls to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of deliverables
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to keep projects progressing on schedule
• Oversee shared communication channels, ensuring timely triage and response to inquiries
• Contribute to the development and enhancement of internal workflows and operational processes
• Manage accurate data and assist with reporting, tracking, and validation efforts
• Utilize available tools, systems, and emerging technologies to improve efficiency and reduce manual processes
Qualifications
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in financial services, fund administration, accounting, or a related field
• Bachelor’s degree required (Finance, Accounting, or similar preferred)
• Foundational understanding of accounting principles
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage competing priorities
Skills & Attributes
• Highly organized with a strong focus on process and detail
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Excel and comfort working with data systems
• Ability to juggle multiple workflows in a fast-paced environment
• Collaborative, team-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Interest in identifying process improvements and leveraging automation
• Ability to work in a controlled, accuracy-focused environment
• Willingness to take on new challenges and follow tasks through to completion
