We are currently seeking a talented and dedicated CEO for a great opportunity in the USA. The ideal candidate will possess 10 years of current experience with a track record of success in the AgTech industry.
About Our Client:
A newly formed AgTech company. It was created to merge three innovative firms based in New Zealand, Germany, and Mexico. We are seeking a seasoned CEO to lead this global integration and drive rapid growth from a new U.S. headquarters. This is a rare opportunity to shape a high-impact company from the ground up. The CEO will be responsible for unifying operations across three countries, building a top-tier leadership team, and accelerating revenue growth.
You will report directly to the Board of Directors and play a central role in defining the company’s vision, culture, and success.

Responsibilities
• Leads critical decision-making and problem-solving - The CEO will make important decisions that impact the Company’s future and success. These decisions range from high-stakes choices, including proposed mergers and acquisitions to operational decisions related to product development, pricing strategies, and resource allocation.
• Manages financial health - The CEO is in charge of keeping the Company financially healthy. They collaborate closely with the CFO and finance team to create budgets, predict financial trends, and plan investments.
• Cultivates strong stakeholder relationships - The CEO will actively build and maintain relationships with various stakeholders, including investors, customers, partners, employees, suppliers, regulators, and the community.
• Nurtures talents - The CEO will bring in, keep, and grow the best talent in the Company. They will hire key leaders, offer leadership growth opportunities, and create a work environment that celebrates customer success, innovation, growth, diversity, inclusion, and employee involvement.
• Roll-ups - The Company has developed a strategic plan to roll up other start-up companies to make an investment in the company a more attractive proposition. Three small start-ups, which operate in the Company’s sector of the Agtech industry, have been approached and identified as being suitable roll-up targets.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree is required.
• MBA is preferred.
• 10 years' experience in leadership roles such as CEO or senior executive is required.
• Experience and track record of success in the agriculture industry is required.
• Experienced in achieving a scaled-up agricultural company with a successful exit.
• Be able to evidence or reference the building and leading of great global teams with a high-performance culture and demonstrate an understanding of, and experience in, global sales and market development.
• A key skill will be strategic thinking, including the setting of long-term goals and positioning the company to take advantage of future opportunities.
• Experience in merging separate companies into one.
• Resilience, adaptability, and being proactive are requirements of the role, and people leadership skills are highly valued in this high-growth global context.
