The Assistant Chief Nurse, Quality and Patient Safety (QPS) Service is responsible for the design, implementation, coordination, and evaluation of an integrated Quality and Patient Safety program for the Medical Center and all components, to include direct oversight of Accreditation, Surgical Risk Assessment, Quality Specialist and Risk Management. The position includes oversight responsibility for Patient Safety, System Redesign, Analytics and High Reliability.
