Corporate Paralegal

Role: Legal Corporate Paralegal Locations: Baltimore, MD | Hackensack, NJ | New York City, NY | Wilmington, DE (Hybrid) We are looking for a detail-oriented Corporate Paralegal to join our growing team! In this role, you will work closely with our attorneys to navigate complex corporate matters and high-stakes transactions across our Northeast offices. What You’ll Do: • Support attorneys in governance, business planning, and financial/transactional practices. • Manage and prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced legal environment. • Collaborate across offices to ensure seamless execution of corporate deals. What We’re Looking For: • Experience: 5+ years as a Paralegal focusing on corporate and transactional law. • Education: College degree and/or a Paralegal Certificate. • Tech Savvy: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel. • Soft Skills: Exceptional written/verbal communication and a "team-player" mentality. • Organization: A master of multitasking who can hit deadlines without breaking a sweat.
