Position: Strategic Executive Assistant to the CEO
Location: Poca

We are seeking an Executive Assistant to the CEO to serve as a trusted partner to senior leadership, playing a critical role in managing priorities, streamlining operations, and maximizing the effectiveness of the executive team. This position goes beyond traditional administrative support by owning workflows, driving follow-through, and ensuring alignment across key initiatives.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced environment-someone who can anticipate needs, exercise sound judgment, and act as an extension of the CEO.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
Executive & Strategic Support
• Own and prioritize the CEO's calendar, ensuring alignment with business priorities and strategic initiatives
• Coordinate complex scheduling, travel, and internal/external meetings with a high level of accuracy and foresight
• Act as a gatekeeper and representative of the CEO, managing communications and responding on behalf of leadership when appropriate
• Prepare the CEO for meetings by developing agendas, compiling materials, and providing relevant context
Operational & Organizational Leadership
• Track key initiatives, action items, and deliverables to ensure timely execution and accountability
• Coordinate leadership meetings and assist in driving follow-ups across departments
• Support internal communications and help maintain alignment across teams
• Partner cross-functionally to improve workflows, communication, and overall efficiency
Administrative & Project Support
• Prepare reports, presentations, and spreadsheets to support decision-making
• Assist with documentation, reporting, and general administrative needs
• Coordinate company events, leadership offsites, and internal meetings
• Handle sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of discretion
Qualifications
• 3+ years of experience supporting senior leadership (Executive Assistant experience strongly preferred)
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• High level of professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
• Ability to anticipate needs and take initiative with minimal direction
Work Environment
• Office-based role in Poca, WV
• Primarily sedentary work with frequent computer and communication tasks"
