Description
Job Title: Social Media Manager / Videographer (Content Creator & Growth Specialist)
We are looking for a highly motivated, creative, and results-driven Social Media Manager / Videographer to take our personal brand and company presence to the next level across YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other platforms.
This role is ideal for someone who understands both content creation and growth strategy—someone who can not only film and edit high-quality videos, but also knows how to make content perform.
Key Responsibilities:
• Must be Local to Shoot and edit high-quality video content (short-form and long-form)
• Manage and grow social media platforms (YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok)
• Develop and execute content strategies focused on audience growth and engagement
• Stay on top of trends and adapt content accordingly
• Optimize posts (titles, thumbnails, captions, hashtags, timing)
• Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategy to maximize reach
• Collaborate on ideas for viral, educational, and brand-building content
• Develop profitable industry brand deals!
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in video shooting and editing (portfolio required)
• Strong understanding of social media algorithms and growth strategies
• Experience with YouTube content and channel growth is a major must!
• Skilled in editing software (Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere, CapCut, etc.)
• Ability to work independently and bring new ideas to the table
• Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
Bonus Skills:
• Thumbnail design experience
• Copywriting for captions and hooks
• Experience growing a personal brand or business account
• Knowledge of healthcare, fitness, or educational content
