The Assistant Nurse Manager (ANM) RN is critical to the safe and effective operation of Community Living Center (CLC)-B. This role supports essential management functions including staffing and scheduling, labor mapping, leave monitoring, staff meetings, orientation, education, competency validation, and quality improvement. The CLC-B is one of the largest and most demanding neighborhoods of high acuity where Veterans require extensive physical support for all aspects of daily care.
