Investment Associate – Real Estate Private Equity

Firm: Real Estate Investment Manager Role: • Underwrite and support acquisitions across multiple real estate investment strategies, including transitional assets and ground-up developments • Build, refine, and maintain detailed financial models to support investment analysis, asset management, and capital planning • Participate in transaction execution processes, including due diligence coordination, third-party review, and deal documentation support • Assist with financing activities, including lender engagement, capital partner coordination, and transaction structuring • Prepare investment committee materials, presentations, and reporting packages for various stakeholders • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and outreach efforts to identify emerging opportunities and support investment recommendations • Support budgeting, forecasting, and operational performance analysis across portfolio assets and affiliated operating entities Requirements: • 2-3 years real estate experience within investment banking, private equity, underwriting or consulting/advisory • Must have stellar financial modeling skills, ability to build models independently #49192
