Embellishment Designer - Contemporary Brand!

Our client, a contemporary apparel brand, is seeking an Embellishment Designer to join their team! You would be overseeing development from initial artwork through production to ensure quality, consistency, and alignment with the creative direction. Responsibilities Work closely with beading factories to maintain vision, high quality standards. Highly motivated in bringing new beading ideas, concepts, and techniques to the table. Meet with beading mills to develop swatches and artwork that relate to the concept for the season Maintain embellishment library for reference and future use. Able to multi-task, and work on multiple styles and embellishments with multiple factories. Assist in production approvals and fitting for embellished styles. Work cross-functionally to develop new silhouettes for embellishments. This includes meeting with in-house Tech/ Patternmakers and also local patternmakers. Qualifications Prior beading experience is a must. 3-4 Years preferred.
