Description

Our client, an apparel and accessories wholesale company, is seeking a Production Manager for their hard home goods division, specifically working on candles. The ideal candidate will oversee all production processes as well as support sourcing. This role requires 4 days onsite in NYC. Responsibilities: • Manage the end-to-end production process • Coordinate production schedules to ensure timely deliveries • Work with overseas partners to achieve efficient production processes • Monitor factory performance • Review product specifications to ensure consistency and accuracy • Manage negotiations and handle costing initiatives • Create and maintain reporting for production • Ensure all products meet safety and regulatory requirements • Oversee production tracking • Ensure prompt resolution of all production related issues Requirements: • At least 5+ years of experience in production, preferably in candles or hard home goods • Experience working in BlueCherry • Experience managing overseas production timelines • Strong organizational, negotiation and interpersonal skills • Ability to read product specifications, BOM's, and technical documents • Knowledge of import/export logistics, freight coordination, and compliance standards • Proficient in Microsoft Suite Please submit your resume for consideration.
