The Role
We’re looking for a User Experience Designer I to join our growing Product Experience team. In this role, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional partners to design thoughtful, user-centered solutions that simplify complex workflows and elevate the overall product experience.
You’ll have the opportunity to work across the full UX lifecycle—research, ideation, design, and iteration—while contributing to scalable design systems and helping shape modern digital experiences.
Responsibilities
What You’ll Do
Design intuitive solutions using wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups
Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to bring ideas to life
Translate complex concepts into simple, user-friendly experiences
Advocate for UX best practices and user-centered thinking across teams
Conduct and support user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
Contribute to and maintain a consistent design system and reusable components
Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, performant digital products
Present ideas and concepts through compelling visuals and storytelling
Qualifications
What We’re Looking For
4+ years of experience in UX design or a related field
Strong portfolio showcasing your design process and impact
Proficiency with tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar
Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, information architecture, and user flows
Strong understanding of mobile and web UX best practices
Ability to synthesize qualitative and quantitative data into actionable insights
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
A self-starter mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities
