Fund Controller

Leading credit alternative asset manager in Greenwich is looking for a Fund Controller for its flagship funds - excellent exposure to senior management as well as multiple credit fund platforms. This is a newly created role due to growth. Ability to utilize AI and other technology platforms to grow and scale the business is imperative. Credit product experience preferred, not mandatory. Primary Responsibilities: • Oversee Fund Administrator work related to the quarterly, and annual closing cycles • Work closely with external stakeholders on items related to cash collateral management • Review of annual (and some quarterly) GAAP financial statements and footnote disclosures for multiple entities • Prepare monthly performance estimates for senior management • Review of management fee calculations and waterfall models • Oversight and maintenance of fund leverage facilities • Assist with the preparation and interpretation of Fund documents (PPM, LPA, NPA, etc.) • Compile data for and review regulatory compliance filings • Assist with quarterly valuation process • Manage the fund audit process and research questions from auditors • Work closely with internal stakeholders on requests (Finance, Investment Team, Marketing and IR, Tax) Qualifications: - 10+ years relevant experience - CPA + (not a must) - Strong work ethic - Superior excel skills, tech/AI forward 48166
