International Banking Analyst

Ascendo is excited to present this opportunity in the corporate banking industry. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented International Banking Analyst to join a thriving team. This position is responsible for ensuring the accurate execution of daily banking operations and supporting internal stakeholders with corporate client relationships. The ideal candidate will possess 1+ years of experience in financial services, exceptional communication skills, and a strong foundational understanding of regulatory documentation. Responsibilities: • Manage the collection, verification, and tracking of customer due diligence, onboarding paperwork, and KYC documentation. • Compile internal reports, business presentations, and data spreadsheets using standard office software to support overall business functions. • Serve as a professional point of contact for corporate client accounts, answering routine inquiries and facilitating prompt follow-up. • Oversee regular file maintenance, including the processing of authorized signers, account updates, and basic loan documentation under established guidelines. • Partner closely with internal compliance, finance, and operational teams to resolve processing issues and maintain strict adherence to internal controls. • Coordinate administrative tasks for the department, including calendar management and meeting preparation. Qualifications: • 1+ years of background in banking operations, professional client service, or corporate administrative support. • Strong capability to manage multiple operational priorities efficiently while maintaining data accuracy. • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is highly preferred. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Familiarity with account onboarding protocols, core banking environments, or corporate financial services is a plus. • Competency in standard office software suites and an aptitude for mastering internal database systems. • Associate or Bachelor degree in Business Administration or a related field of study, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
