Financial Analyst with Private Equity

Duties • Perform in-depth financial analysis of potential private equity investments, including valuation, cash flow analysis, and risk assessment • Develop and maintain complex financial models using Excel, VBA, and Power BI to support investment decisions • Collect and interpret data from various sources such as Bloomberg, ERP systems, Hyperion, and SQL databases to inform analysis • Prepare detailed financial reports, presentations, and executive summaries that clearly communicate insights and recommendations • Conduct industry research and quantitative analysis to evaluate market trends and competitive positioning • Support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning processes for portfolio companies • Utilize business intelligence tools like Tableau and data visualization techniques to enhance reporting clarity and decision-making efficiency Skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel including pivot tables, data visualization, and advanced functions; experience with VBA is highly desirable • Strong understanding of financial concepts such as profit & loss statements, cost accounting, corporate finance, and governmental accounting • Experience with financial software including Bloomberg terminals, Hyperion, SQL databases, ERP systems, Power BI, and Tableau for data collection and analysis • Expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and cash flow analysis within private equity or investment banking environments • Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail; ability to perform quantitative research and strategic business analysis • Knowledge of financial report writing standards along with strong written communication skills for preparing comprehensive reports • Familiarity with data collection techniques and tools used in business intelligence to support profit & loss analysis and operational insights Join us to leverage your financial expertise in a vibrant environment where strategic thinking meets innovative analysis.
