Financial Analyst, FP&A Systems & AI Enablement role | Manhattan, NY | Hybrid A leading global media, entertainment, sports, and talent representation organization is seeking a Financial Analyst to join its growing finance team in New York City. This is not a traditional FP&A role. The position sits at the intersection of financial planning & analysis, enterprise systems, automation, and emerging AI capabilities, offering a unique opportunity to help shape the future of finance within a complex, high-profile global organization. Reporting directly to Finance leadership, you will play a key role in supporting planning, reporting, financial systems administration, and the adoption of next-generation AI-driven finance solutions. What You'll Be Doing: • Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning activities across the organization • Prepare monthly and quarterly reporting packages, variance analysis, and management insights • Build, maintain, and enhance financial models to improve decision-making • Partner with business leaders to monitor performance and support strategic initiatives • Administer and support ERP and FP&A platforms including SAP S/4HANA and other cloud-based finance systems • Drive reporting automation, workflow improvements, and process optimization initiatives • Ensure data integrity across financial systems through validation, reconciliations, and governance controls • Collaborate with finance and technology teams on AI-enabled solutions for forecasting, reporting, and financial analysis • Contribute to the deployment of emerging technologies including SAP Joule, intelligent automation, and agent-based finance workflows • Evaluate opportunities to leverage AI, analytics, and automation tools to increase efficiency and scalability Who We're Looking For: • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field • 3-6 years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, finance systems, or a hybrid finance/technology role • Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills • Experience working with ERP and planning platforms such as SAP S/4HANA, Adaptive, Anaplan, NetSuite, or similar environments • Exposure to system implementations, upgrades, testing, or process design is highly desirable • Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or automation tools is a plus • Strong interest in AI, automation, and the future of finance technology • Detail-oriented, intellectually curious, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment Why This Opportunity Stands Out: • Rare opportunity to combine FP&A, systems, and AI within one role • Direct exposure to enterprise-scale finance transformation initiatives • Work with cutting-edge AI capabilities being integrated into modern finance functions • High visibility across finance, technology, and business leadership teams • Exceptional platform for candidates looking to build a career at the intersection of Finance and Artificial Intelligence Location: Manhattan (Hybrid, 3-4 days in office) Compensation: $70,000 - $90,000 Base + Bonus For confidential consideration, please apply directly or reach out for additional details.
