Build High-Performing PPC Campaigns That Deliver Results As a Paid Digital Marketing Specialist, you will manage and optimize Google Ads and SEM campaigns for a diverse portfolio of clients. You will play a critical role in developing PPC strategies, improving campaign performance, analyzing metrics, and maintaining strong client relationships focused on long-term retention and growth. Compensation: • Base salary range of $74,000 to $85,000 annually • Remote work flexibility with occasional in-person meetings in Richmond, VA • Professional development and career growth opportunities Work With a Collaborative Digital Marketing Team You will collaborate closely with internal marketing professionals to continually improve campaign strategies, optimize client performance, and contribute to innovative digital marketing solutions. This is an excellent opportunity for a PPC specialist who enjoys balancing technical campaign execution with client communication and strategic planning. Qualifications: • 1+ years of Google Ads and Bing Ads account management experience • Google Ads Certified, Google Analytics Certified, and/or completion of a Google Ads Nano-Degree • Strong proficiency with Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Google Search Console • Proven account management and client communication experience • Experience utilizing project management software • Ability to attend in-person company meetings and events in Richmond, VA • Highly tech-savvy with strong attention to detail Responsibilities: • Create and execute PPC and SEM growth strategies for client accounts • Build, manage, optimize, and maintain Google Ads campaigns • Track PPC performance goals on a yearly, quarterly, monthly, and weekly basis • Develop custom PPC strategies based on individual client objectives • Identify challenges affecting PPC accounts and implement effective solutions • Conduct monthly and quarterly video meetings with clients to review campaign performance • Manage weekly SEM execution for approximately 40–50 client accounts • Write, edit, and upload content to landing pages and web properties • Analyze SEM metrics, identify optimization opportunities, and improve campaign performance • Collaborate with the digital marketing team to evolve services and campaign strategies • Maintain strong client relationships with a focus on retention and long-term success Skills: • Strong understanding of PPC, SEM, Google Ads search campaigns, and conversion tracking • Ability to analyze campaign data and turn insights into actionable strategies • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously • Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for digital marketing and analytics • Excellent time management and ability to meet deadlines in a high-volume environment • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities • Professional and confident client communication skills • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and collaborative work environment Enjoy Flexibility, Growth, and Strong Benefits Practice Promotions believes in supporting team members both professionally and personally.
