Descrizione
Our client is a highly regarded global investment and technology firm with a decades-long track record of innovation and market-leading performance. Operating across multiple asset classes and geographies, the firm is known for its intellectually rigorous culture and its ability to attract exceptional talent across finance, technology, and business strategy. Further details will be shared with shortlisted candidates.
We have been retained to identify a sharp, driven associate to join the firm's COO Office, a small, high-impact team that sits at the center of the organization and works directly with senior leadership on the firm's most important strategic and operational challenges. This is an unusually high-exposure role for a professional at this stage of their career. You will work across every function of the business, contributing meaningfully to decisions that shape the firm's direction. The group's priorities evolve continuously, ensuring that no two months look alike and that your skills are constantly being stretched.
Recent and active workstreams have included analyzing potential new office locations, driving the firm's generative AI strategy, executing on multi-year strategic goals, and supporting significant corporate transactions.

• Produce high-quality written materials and presentations for senior audiences
• Manage multiple concurrent workstreams with competing priorities and deadlines
Essential:
• Bachelor's degree or higher in any field
• At least one year of comparable professional experience (consulting, banking, corporate strategy, or similar)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional projects with attention to detail
• Strong analytical skills and a critical, solutions-oriented mindset
A plus, but not required:
• Coding proficiency and/or financial modeling experience
