Description
This role involves dedicated support for a key client partner. The position requires full-time on-site presence five days weekly at the partner's facility in a major Northeast office, conveniently near public transit.
150K all in 125K base, 25K bonus
Key Duties:
• Verify and confirm collateral requirements from primary brokers, derivatives agreements, and secured lending transactions for precision.
• Develop and review liquidity forecasts to aid daily cash oversight.
• Record and track trades in the partner's trading platform.
• Manage and refresh client liquidity tools to optimize treasury operations.
• Complete daily valuations for all holdings.
• Perform routine checks on position and value reconciliations.
• Handle special reporting needs with a focus on data integrity and speed.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree (accounting, finance, economics, or similar).
• 3-7 years in financial services, with middle office expertise in alternative assets.
• Keen eye for detail and multitasking ability.
• Familiarity with equities, bonds, loans, repos, derivatives, FX, and futures.
• Proven skills in collateral workflows and liquidity forecasting.
• Excellent communication, including stakeholder engagement.
• Deep knowledge of hedge funds and private equity.
• Reliable, professional demeanor.
• Solid accounting, analytics, and tech skills (advanced spreadsheets, systems like Enfusion/Geneva).
• Full-time in-office commitment.
