CNC Mill Set-up Machinist - Direct Hire
$25-35/hr. based on skills and experience
Monday-Friday 7am-3:30pm

If you’re looking for a permanent CNC Machinist role, look no further! Kelly, in partnership with a manufacturing organization, is looking for CNC Mill Set-up Machinist in Hatboro, PA! Our client is growing and adding skilled CNC Machinists to their team!
This is a direct hire CNC Mill Set-up Machinist position, meaning you will be hired permanently with our client and offered their competitive benefit and vacation package upon hire.

Position Information:
• Set up and operate CNC milling machines, ensuring correct tooling, fixtures, and work holding for each job.
• Interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and process documentation to execute precise machining tasks.
• Adjust tool offsets, prove out programs, and make process modifications to achieve required tolerances and surface finishes.
• Perform and document first-piece and in-process inspections using precision measurement tools and probing systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to dimensional accuracy, tooling, and machine performance independently.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and complete all production and quality records in compliance with established procedures and standards.
Required Experience:
• Minimum three years of experience setting up and operating CNC milling machines, including exposure to Haas VF Series, Mori Seiki NV Series, and Hitachi Seiki VS Series equipment.
• Proficiency in 3-axis, 4-axis, and 5-axis machining, with demonstrated ability to manage complex setups and achieve tight tolerances.
• Skilled in fixture setup, indicating, and troubleshooting within high-mix, low-volume production environments.
• Strong understanding of precision measurement tools, blueprint reading, and process documentation as required in advanced manufacturing settings.
