As an Esthetician at Hand and Stone, You Will: • Provide excellent facial and skincare services to our members and guests. • Design customized treatment plans based on each client’s unique skincare goals. • Perform advanced services such as LED Skin Phototherapy, NuFACE, microdermabrasion, and chemical exfoliation. • Participate in hands-on training, workshops, and webinars to stay up to date with the latest skincare trends and techniques. • Achieve sales goals by recommending products and services to enhance the client experience. • Build and maintain a loyal client base through excellent service and effective communication. • Keep treatment rooms and spa areas clean, organized, and professional. • Generate new clientele through promoting member referrals and memberships Job Requirements: • Current Esthetician License in good standing. • Liability Insurance (or the ability to obtain it before starting). • Proven retail and in-room upgrade sales skills are a plus! • Strong knowledge of skincare products and services. • A friendly, professional attitude and the ability to provide an exceptional guest experience. • Ability to work weekends and evenings as needed. • Must be passionate about skincare and committed to continuous professional growth.
