Luxury Beauty Sales - Makeup Artist

Our client, a luxury makeup brand located in Nordstrom is searching for a top notch professional Makeup Artist and Sales Associate to assist with Beauty Pop up From Sept 1st- Dec 31st. The hours will Fluctuate 25-40 hrs a week. Must be available to work Weekends. Please note you must have 2 years of Makeup Artistry experience. Responsibilities • As part of the team, you would be working on hosting and leading beauty education sessions at sales events and in store. • Showcasing products and engaging with both store employees and clients. • Sharing features and benefits of the products, giving them product demonstration and best practices to ensure best results. • Taking time to speak with clients on what their skincare needs and concerns are to ensure they find the perfect solution • Driving sales by sharing product knowledge and creating a memorable experience for all. Helping to upsell products, what might go along with their selected products? • Ensuring your space and product demos are kept clean (no one wants to use a makeup product that doesn't look top notch) • Upholding merchandising and brand guidelines Who You Are • We are seeking someone with at least 2 years of experience of retail makeup and Beauty Sales experience and who enjoys educating and working with others. • A passion for luxury makeup • Punctual and reliable. • Must know makeup and image analysis on colors, shapes, complexion and accessories. • Someone who is self motivated and comfortable working independently. • Outgoing and confident with excellent communication skills • Must have weekend availability • Preferred Certificate in Makeup Artistry, Cosmetology License Why Join Us • This position is perfect for someone looking for supplemental hours and income • You will enjoy a fun and engaging work environment! • Opportunity for growth on your expertise in the beauty industry Get in touch today!
