Base pay range $110,000.00/yr - $135,000.00/yr The Plant Manager will oversee all aspects of plant operations, ensuring efficiency, safety, and quality while driving organizational turnaround. This role requires a strategic leader who can manage complexity, inspire teams, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment. A global leader in manufacturing high‑quality equipment solutions trusted by professionals worldwide. The McDonough facility is a critical part of their production network, focused on innovation and operational excellence. Responsibilities • Manage day‑to‑day plant operations, optimizing resources and processes. • Implement structured systems, KPIs, and accountability measures. • Champion change management and continuous improvement initiatives. • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align on business objectives. • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards. • Build and develop a high‑performing team. • Manage budgets, production schedules, and operational targets. • Drive Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and process improvement methodologies. Profile • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field preferred. • 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in manufacturing, including plant management. • Proven success in turnaround initiatives and change management. • Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement tools. • Exceptional leadership, communication, and team development skills. • Experience managing budgets, KPIs, and full plant operations.
