Description
We are seeking an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee interior design and residential construction projects from onboarding through final installation. This role is responsible for managing project flow, coordinating with clients, designers, contractors, and vendors, and ensuring projects remain on schedule and within budget. We are a fast-paced interior design firm focused on delivering thoughtful, elevated spaces with exceptional attention to detail and client experience. The ideal candidate is confident in reading architectural and construction plans, experienced managing multiple active job sites at once, and skilled at balancing communication, logistics, scheduling, and field coordination.

Responsibilities:
Project Oversight & Coordination
• Manage projects from the design and procurement phases through completion, ensuring projects remain on schedule and within budget.
• Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and communication across internal teams, contractors, & trades.
• Maintain project schedules, track milestones, and oversee workflow systems.
• Schedule and lead project reviews, trade meetings, and installation coordination.
Site & Construction Management & Communication
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and field conditions.
• Read and interpret architectural plans, construction drawings, and technical documents.
• Serve as the primary liaison between the design team, construction crews, vendors, and trades.
• Identify and communicate site issues, delays, or discrepancies to ensure timely resolution.
• Oversee on-site deliveries, installations, punch-list completion, and project closeout.
• Maintain clear communication with clients and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications
• Experience managing high-end interior design, residential construction, or architectural projects.
• Strong ability to read and interpret architectural and construction plans.
• 7+ years of experience coordinating contractors, trades, vendors, and client communications.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal communication abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management platforms.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar industry software preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities simultaneously.
• Self-motivated with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
Physical & Travel Requirements
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to travel to project sites.
• Comfortable walking construction sites and occasionally lifting or moving materials up to 50 lbs.
Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
