Our client, a leader in the beauty tech space, is looking for an Associate Marketing Manager in Chicago. Location: 5 days/onsite (Chicago )Hours: 40/wee kDuration: 6 months, potential to exten dPay Range: $40-45/hr . We are looking for a self-starter with a strong marketing mindset and analytical curiosity to join the marketing team. In this role, you will support critical business initiatives across product launches, category insights, and commercial execution for Environmental Care portfolio and emerging product categorie s. You will play an important role in the day-to-day execution of product launches and category operations, including maintaining product documentation, coordinating campaign setup, tracking competitive activity, and supporting sales and retailer initiatives. This role partners closely with Global Product Development, Sales, Retail, Supply & Demand Planning, Creative, and Finance to ensure launches and marketing programs are executed successful ly. The ideal candidate has an interest in consumer electronics and technology products, enjoys working cross-functionally, and is comfortable using data and insights to inform decisi ons. Key Responsibil itiesProduct Launch Exec utionSupport execution of product launches across Environmental Care and new product categ oriesAssist with product setup, launch planning, campaign briefing, and cross-functional coordin ationEnsure launch timelines, assets, and documentation are accurate and delivered on sch edule Product Documentation & Range Mana gementMaintain and ensure accuracy of internal spec sheets and product range documen tationTrack updates across product specifications, messaging, and positioning mat erials Claims & Messaging T rackingMonitor and track product claims, caveats, and compliance requi rementsEnsure claims documentation is accurate and aligned across marketing materials, product documentation, and retailer communi cations Sales Reporting & Market InsightsSupport sales reporting, performance tracking, and business co mmentaryMonitor competitive activity and market trends within the Environmental Care categoryIdentify insights and opportunities to help inform category strategy and commercial planning Retailer & Channel Coo rdinationSupport retailer initiatives across physical retail environments and e-commerce (.com) channelsAssist with product setup, launch support, and retailer sell-in materials whe re needed Campaign ExecutionAssist in coordinating campaign setup and execution in partnership with Marketing Managers, Creative, and M edia teamsSupport campaign tracking, performance monitoring, and reporting Catego ry InsightsSupport the broader category team with competitive analysis, campaign insights, and product performanc e reportingAssist in preparing materials and analysis for cross-functional and leadersh ip meetin gs About You1–3 years of experience in marketing, product marketing, category management, or s ales supportExperience or strong interest in consumer electronics, technology products, or hom e appliancesBachelor’s deg ree requiredStrong analytical mindset and comfort working with data, reporting, and insightsExcellent attention to detail, especially when managing product documentatio n and claimsAbility to manage multiple projects and timelines si multaneouslyComfortable working cross-functionally with marketing, sales, product, and retail teamsStrong communication and organizat ional skillsAdaptable and able to operate in a fast-paced environment with evolvin g priorities What Will Make Some one Stand OutExperience working with Environmental Care products such as air purifiers, fans, heaters, or related ho me technologyExposure to consumer electronics or durable goo ds categoriesExperience supporting product launches and go-to-marke t initiativesFamiliarity with retailer ecosystems across both physical retail and e-comm erce channelsPassion for technology a nd innovation
