Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and visionary National Business Development Manager to lead our strategic growth initiatives across the country. Duties • Develop and execute comprehensive national business development strategies aligned with company objectives to maximize market penetration and revenue growth. • Source, structure, and close facilities management, property management, asset management, and owner's representative agreements across target industries. • Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities by analyzing market trends, client needs, and the competitive landscape. • Build and nurture strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to foster long-term collaborations. • Manage existing accounts to ensure client satisfaction, retention, and organic growth. • Oversee the use of CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) to track leads, sales pipelines, and client interactions effectively. • Collaborate with cross-functional and marketing teams to create targeted campaigns that generate leads and enhance brand visibility across regions. • Negotiate contracts, proposals, and service agreements, securing favorable terms while maintaining positive client relationships. • Manage business expansion initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and effective resource allocation. Qualifications • Must have extensive experience sourcing facilities management, property management, asset management, and owner's representative agreements. • Proven track record in senior-level business development, with demonstrated success meeting or exceeding revenue targets. • Expertise in new business development, business planning, and account management. • Experience in the facilities, real estate, or asset management sectors strongly preferred. • Strong skills in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) for pipeline management and engagement tracking. • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. • Familiarity with marketing principles relevant to lead generation and brand positioning. • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred. • Self-motivated with the ability to lead and deliver results in a remote work environment.
