CPA Controller (No-Profit)

Title: Controller (CPA Non-Profit) Location: Washington, DC (3 days onsite) Compensation: $160K–$190K + strong benefits package Industry: Nonprofit Benefits: 403(b) plan with employer match following eligibility period Employer-funded HSA contribution Tuition reimbursement program Overview Well-established DC-based nonprofit organization is seeking a Controller to oversee day-to-day accounting operations and support executive leadership with financial reporting, compliance, budgeting, and strategic financial oversight. Managing a team of 5-6 direct reports (Accounting Manager, 2x Senior Accountant, 2x Staff Accountant, seasonal intern), the incumbent will assist with operational accounting, audit support, financial reporting, and FP&A.
