Description

An established premium retail brand is seeking an Assistant Store Manager a boutique setting to support daily business operations, develop talent, and help drive an exceptional client experience. This position offers a strong growth path for an ambitious retail leader looking to advance into a future Store Manager role. Key Responsibilities Business Performance Support the execution of sales and client engagement strategies. Analyze business performance and identify opportunities to improve results. Assist with weekly and monthly reporting and business reviews. Drive achievement of store KPIs and operational objectives. Leadership & Talent Development Coach, motivate, and develop team members. Support recruitment, onboarding, and training initiatives. Reinforce performance expectations and accountability. Help foster a collaborative, service-focused culture. Operations & Merchandising Oversee daily operational activities, including opening and closing procedures. Support inventory management and stock optimization. Execute visual merchandising standards and maintain brand presentation. Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures. Client Experience Lead by example in delivering elevated customer service. Support CRM and clienteling initiatives. Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat business. Help create a welcoming and engaging in-store environment. Qualifications 3+ years of retail leadership experience. Experience in luxury, premium retail, beauty, fashion, hospitality, or similar customer-focused environments preferred. Strong understanding of retail KPIs and business performance metrics. Proven leadership and team development experience. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and retail systems.
