As an Estimator / Project Manager, you will play a direct role in winning work, leading successful projects, and contributing to the long‑term success of a 100% employee‑owned company. What you'll do • Prepare accurate estimates, takeoffs, proposals, and budgets. • Manage projects from startup through closeout. • Coordinate with customers, vendors, subcontractors, and field leadership. • Track costs, schedules, documentation, and change orders. • Support safe, high‑quality project delivery. What we're looking for • Experience in commercial drywall, interior systems, or specialty contracting. • Strong estimating, project management, and organizational skills. • Ability to read plans, specifications, and contract documents. • Effective communication and relationship‑building skills. • A commitment to safety, quality, and customer service.
