Social Media Manager and Content Creator

This is a brand new role we are creating across our seven North Jersey locations within one of the country’s largest childcare and early education brands. We are looking for a creative, outgoing, and motivated individual to help bring our schools to life online through engaging social media content. This role will focus on capturing authentic day to day moments within our classrooms and schools, highlighting our culture, staff, events, back of the house moments. and overall experience across platforms like Instagram, TikTok and Facebook. The ideal candidate is comfortable filming and editing short form content, staying on top of trends, and helping grow a strong social media presence that connects with local families and communities. We are a very hands on, supportive, and fun team that feels more like family, and we are looking for someone whose personality and energy will fit right in. Can be part-time or full-time, open to discussion!
