Luxury Fragrance Sales Associate

They are currently looking for a Luxury Fragrance Sales Associate, someone who thrives in luxury retail and who believes in the power of storytelling to assist with in store monthly visits. Please note that this position is around 20+ hrs per week. This is a terrific role for someone who is looking for stable supplemental hours. Responsibilities • Being bold and magnetic with your personality, showing your client that opportunity to create new memories with their choice of scent. • Story tell the soul of the brand with every interaction, sharing the features and benefits of the fragrance. • As part of the team, you would be working on hosting and leading fragrance education sessions through sales events and in store. • Develop lasting client relationships that will drive loyalty and retention - creating a client list • Showcasing products and engaging with both store employees and clients. • Sharing features and benefits of the products, giving them product demonstration and best practices to ensure best results. • Driving sales by sharing product knowledge and creating a memorable experience for all. Ensuring your space and product demos are kept clean • Upholding merchandising and brand guidelines • 20+ hours a week - MUST have open availability on the weekends. Who You Are • Someone with a strong passion for beauty and fragrances and a deep understanding of scent families, notes, and fragrance composition. • A confident communicator and engaging storyteller • Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, client focused environment and is comfortable working independently. • Must have 2+ years of luxury sales experience (fragrance, beauty or fashion preferred) • A proven track record of meeting and or exceeding retail sales targets • Experience in a boutique or high-end retail environment • Punctual and reliable.
