Marketing Product Manager

Role: Product Manager Location: Phoenix, AZ Type: Contract Job Description Must have- Digital Marketing Experience. AI Knowledge Adobe Analytics/Similar tools Product side of strong knowledge & experience. This role requires a strong blend of measurement strategy, attribution expertise, marketing technology understanding, analytics, stakeholder management, and execution ownership. Candidates should be able to operate as “technical marketers” who can drive business outcomes, not pure engineers or generic project managers. The following skills are NON-NEGOTIABLE and must be clearly demonstrated in the resume and screening notes before submission: Measurement & Attribution Expertise Strong understanding of digital marketing measurement frameworks Attribution methodologies (rule-based, data-driven, MMM basics) Experimentation / incrementality / lift measurement Customer acquisition journey understanding across digital channels AI & Advanced Analytics Exposure Practical application of AI/ML in marketing or measurement use cases Predictive modeling / optimization / segmentation familiarity Ability to translate AI capabilities into business solutions Experience partnering with analytics or data science teams Marketing Technology & Platform Experience Strong preference for candidates with experience in: Adobe Analytics/Similar tools Additional preferred exposure: Tracking infrastructure (tags, pixels, SDKs) SQL / data platforms / cloud ecosystems Real-time tracking and identity resolution Strategic & Cross-Functional Leadership Candidates MUST demonstrate: Ambiguity navigation Stakeholder alignment across marketing, product, analytics, and tech Strong communication and executive storytelling Ability to connect measurement strategy to business outcomes Ownership mindset from concept through execution and scale Preferred Domain Experience Strong preference for candidates from: Financial services Banking Regulated industries Privacy / consent-aware environments
