Position Overview
The Operations Director leads the firm’s day-to-day operations and ensures execution aligns with strategic priorities. This role partners with the partner group to translate vision into action, driving efficiency, accountability, and consistency across workflows.
Primary Responsibilities
Operational Leadership & Execution
• Translate goals into actionable plans
• Drive accountability across DHA team
• Ensure follow-through on priorities
Operational Oversight
• Direct oversight of administrative roles
• Ensure efficient day-to-day operations
• Maintain visibility into workflow and deadlines
• Lead capacity planning and staffing coordination
• Implement process improvements
• Oversee accounting functions within the firm (time and billing, generating of receipts and deposit of bills, firm accounting and payroll)
Support Workflow & Capacity Management
• Review and analyze firm-wide workflow
• Support partners to balance workload across team members
• Anticipate and identify bottlenecks
• Plan for and coordinate peak season workflow
Process Improvement & Systems
• Improve and standardize workflows
• Optimize systems and tools
• Lead implementation of new systems
Accountability & Communication
• Maintain communication rhythms among team
• Ensure clarity of priorities
• Track action items
• Reinforce accountability
Talent & Organizational Development
• Support hiring strategy
• Onboarding and offboarding team members
• Support career pathing of team members
• Implement and support initiatives to drive retention

Qualifications
• 5+ years operations or administrative leadership experience
