Nurse Manager Community Living Center

The Nurse Manger (NM) is a professional nurse who holds twenty-four hour accountability for the management of a defined area of organized nursing services or resident care unit with the Northport VAMC. The incumbent is a first level-nursing manger who functions under the direction and guidance of the Associate Chief of the Service Line in providing clinical and administrative leadership. S/he uses the nursing process to achieve identified goals for the Northport VAMC.
