- Principais atividades:
- Emissão e conferência de CT-e, notas fiscais e demais documentos de transporte;
- Realizar o faturamento de fretes e serviços prestados aos clientes;
- Emissão de contratos de frete e cumprimento de PGR;
- Verificação e processamento de documentos de embarque, manifestos e comprovantes;
- Controle de faturamento, envio de comprovantes e organização documental;
- Emissão de faturas e boletos conforme procedimentos e exigências fiscais;
- Liberação de adiantamento para motoristas;
- Controle e acompanhamento de recebimentos e pendências operacionais;
- Apoio às rotinas administrativas e financeiras;
- Atendimento a clientes, motoristas e equipe operacional quando necessário;
- Apoio na resolução de divergências e acompanhamento de pendências relacionadas ao faturamento;
- Contribuir para organização, melhoria e eficiência dos processos do setor.
