Part-Time Graphic Designer – Matter About Matter Matter is building the future of healthy eating through personalized nutrition, chef-crafted meals, and technology. We're looking for a talented graphic designer to help bring our brand to life across digital, social, in-store, and marketing channels. About the Role We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Graphic Designer to support our marketing team on a part-time basis. You'll be responsible for creating visually compelling assets that elevate the Matter brand and help drive customer engagement. Responsibilities Design social media graphics, carousels, stories, and ad creatives Create marketing materials for email, website, app, events, and in-store promotions Develop and maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints Collaborate with the marketing team to bring campaigns and content ideas to life Create graphics for partnerships, influencer campaigns, product launches, and community events Assist with light video editing, motion graphics, and content formatting when needed Requirements Highly skilled and experienced graphic designer with a strong portfolio Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and/or Figma Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools and emerging design technologies to improve efficiency and expand creative capabilities Strong understanding of branding, typography, layout, and visual storytelling Experience creating content for social media and digital marketing Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects Experience in wellness, fitness, food, hospitality, or consumer brands is a plus What We're Looking For Someone with exceptional design taste, attention to detail, and the ability to create clean, modern, premium visuals that align with Matter's mission and brand.
