Duties • Develop and execute engaging social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Pinterest. • Create high-quality content including graphics, videos, photography, and written posts that reflect our brand identity. • Manage social media scheduling using tools like Hootsuite or Buffer to ensure consistent posting. • Monitor social listening channels to gather insights on customer sentiment and industry trends. • Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and web analytics to optimize future efforts. • Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media initiatives with overall branding and promotional campaigns. • Engage actively with followers by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries to foster strong relationships. Skills • Proven experience in social media marketing, content creation, and digital marketing strategies. • Strong graphic design skills with proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite. • Knowledge of SEO principles, keyword research, and web analytics tools. • Ability to create compelling visual content through photography and video editing. • Familiarity with social media management tools such as Hootsuite and Buffer. • Excellent proofreading skills to ensure clear, error-free communication. • Experience in public relations, branding, e-commerce support, and relationship management. • Understanding of Facebook Advertising campaigns for targeted outreach.
