You’ll lead the way in managing marketing dashboards and reporting, ensuring our hospitality portfolio thrives on accurate insights and seamless reporting.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field, with 3–5 years of experience in data management, business intelligence, or marketing analytics
Experience in the hospitality industry or multi-property management environment preferred
Advanced skills in SQL, Power BI (DAX, data modeling, dashboard design), and Microsoft Excel for data analysis and visualization. Experience with additional BI tools (Tableau, Looker, etc.) preferred
Experience managing Google Cloud Platform (BigQuery, Cloud Storage), Google Analytics, and Google Marketing Platform tools
Proficiency in Power Apps and Power Automate (Microsoft Power Platform) for app development and workflow automation
Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, marketing metrics, attribution models, and performance measurement
Job Responsibilities
Data Infrastructure Management
Oversee and optimize data pipelines that support marketing analytics and reporting needs
Implement data governance standards and best practices across all marketing data sources
Implement website analytics tagging through Google Tag Manager (GTM)
Reporting & Analytics
Develop and deliver comprehensive monthly marketing performance reports and create interactive dashboards through Power BI, providing visibility into key marketing metrics and KPIs
Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders at all levels
Establish and monitor benchmarks to track performance against goals and industry standards
Property Data Management
Manage and maintain our property database through Power Apps, ensuring accuracy and completeness of property information across all systems
Build and optimize automated workflows to streamline property data updates and processes. Ensure accuracy and completeness of property information
Ad Hoc Analysis
Respond to data requests from marketing and executive leadership teams and conduct deep-dive analyses to uncover trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
Provide data-driven recommendations to inform strategic marketing decisions
